Built For More is a youth development initiative focused on equipping young people with the foundations they need to make meaningful decisions about their future — and the practical tools to act on them.
Built For More exists because potential without structure rarely becomes impact. We work with young people aged 15–25 — starting in secondary schools and communities in Lagos, with a vision to grow — helping them develop a clear sense of who they are, what they are built for and how to move forward with intention.
Built For More is currently focused on young people aged 15 to 25 — particularly secondary school students and young adults making decisions about their future direction.
We work with secondary school students, university and tertiary-level students, young people preparing for employment, and those exploring their strengths and future direction. Our activity is currently based in Lagos, with a vision to expand across Nigeria and beyond.

Project Manager for the Socially Speaking Conference (SSC), held in the Main Bowl of the National Theatre, Lagos — one of Nigeria's most prominent venues. The engagement required coordinating across multiple teams, managing the logistical demands of a major venue and delivering a conference experience at scale.
